Stroke is the leading cause of adult disability worldwide.
1 in 4 of us will have a stroke in our lifetime.

Most of the strokes are preventable. Being active could help reduce the risk of stroke by 20-30%.

The CU Stroke Angels from the Division of Neurology of CUHK is organising the “Join the Movement to Prevent Stroke” Video Contest, supported by the Jockey Club Active School Programme, to encourage students and their family members to exercise regularly and lead a healthy lifestyle to prevent stroke.

Theme of the Contest

Produce a creative workout video with family members to promote the theme “Join the Movement to Prevent Stroke”.
