    主題包括認知障礙症成因、患者常見的健康問題、中風、認知行為徵狀、實證治療及醫學法律議題如預設臨終照顧計劃 (Advance Care Planning) 及持久授權書 (Enduring Power of Attorney) 等。 此部分亦會介紹現時醫社通用的臨床評估工具,如 HK-MoCA 五分鐘版、AMTGDS 等的應用。另外,此部分亦會包括服務方案及研究設計的討論,令學員掌握設定簡易服務調查的技巧。課堂中亦會分享一些醫學語言,例如理解出院紙的常用醫學用語,以促進醫社合作間的溝通。
    Topics included are causes and common medical issues in persons with dementia, stroke, cognitive and behavioural problems, drug treatment for dementia, and medico-legal issues in dementia such as Advance Care Planning and Enduring Power of Attorney. This module will also cover the administration of clinical assessment tools which are commonly used in community and hospital settings in Hong Kong, e.g. HK-MoCA 5-Min Protocol, AMT, GDS etc. Topics such as programme design for service and research will also be covered in order to equip participants with skills in designing service research and survey. In order to facilitate the communication in the context of medical-social collaboration for dementia care, for example, the Dementia Community Support Scheme (DCSS), interpretation of common medical writings in hospital notes will also be shared here.

    主題包括有關認知障礙症患者的行為與心理症狀 (BPSD) 處理、與初期至嚴重等不同程度認知障礙症患者的溝通技巧、腦健康生活模式、臨終護理、以及護理知識如餵食、藥物管理、防跌等。另外,此部分會加插講解家居及服務中心的環境設計,以應付日益增加的「居家安老」及社區服務需求。
    Topics included are management of behavioural and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD), communication skills with persons with dementia of different stages, multi-domain lifestyle, end of life care and nursing care (feeding, medication management, fall prevention, etc.). Environment design of home and service centre is a special topic introduced for the rising needs of “Ageing in Place” as well as community service.

    主題包括提升身心健康的策略如壓力管理、靜觀及認知行為等技巧,以及探討認知障礙症家庭照顧者的風險和需要、家庭糾紛調解及管理失眠問題等。此部分包含一節全日靜觀體驗工作坊,讓學員在體驗及學習後能帶領認知障礙症家庭照顧者學習有關技巧,以讓照顧者可在平日練習,舒緩照顧壓力。
    Topics are geared towards promoting caregivers' well-being: understand risks and needs of dementia caregivers, cognitive - behavioural group and mindfulness-based techniques, family conflicts mediation, management of insomnia etc. A whole day mindfulness workshop is also included where participants can learn and practice mindfulness skills to teach dementia caregivers to practise and reduce stress in everyday life.

    學員需要於其工作地點帶領一節身心健康小組 (如靜觀、認知行為治療) 或進行一次公眾教育研討班,並錄影以作記錄。影片將由專業導師監督及評核。
    Students will conduct a well-being group (mindfulness, cognitive behavioural group) / public education seminar in their work settings. They will tape a video of the activity and receive professional supervision and assessment.

    學員需要以個人或小組形式設計一份服務計劃書,並於課堂中演講報告。
    Students (individual or group) will design a proposal for service integration and to give a presentation of the proposal at the class.
